The Role
You will be a the front of the agency liaising with clients on a daily basis, ensuring their satisfaction with the agency and fostering lasting relationships. Internally you will be a lynch pin working closely with marketing and delivery to provide services to the client and then reporting on those services.

Responsibilities include:

Managing, building and maintaining client relationships.
A genuine interest in your clients, their organisation, and their team and familiar with their marketing challenges and goals.
Delivering marketing campaigns & services from planning stage through to execution and reporting.
Manage all client engagements and all day-to-day administration of the account, including internal and client WIPs, workflow control, client reporting, meetings, minutes, CEs and billings. And keep the client up to date with work in progress.
Work with internal stakeholders to deliver on time, on budget, and at the right quality, this includes peers across departments and disciplines.
Using our full offering and beyond, pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients by understanding our agency’s integrated offering.

What we need from you

Running and owning the professional-client relationship management
A solid client service background in advertising, design, or marketing
Strong planning and project management skills

Content Lead

The Role
Clients have a range of marketing needs and communication spans the activity in terms of what content can be used and where.

The Content Lead has a key role to play: creating content matrices in line with the over all client strategy: liaising with the Head of Marketing, Account Directors, growth marketers and key internal stakeholders to ensure the most effective use of content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include:

Analysing marketing data to assist with the development of content plans.
Drafting and implementing content strategy and style guides for the organization.
Liaising with the public relations, marketing, social media, design, and customer relations departments to ensure consistency in the brand message.
Developing systems for content creation to ensure effective workflow.
Establishing the organization as a thought leader through well-planned content plans.
Gauging the effectiveness of content and assisting with the conducting of communication audits.
Overseeing all marketing and communication content across multiple platforms to grow clients’ brand awareness and achieve their strategic objectives.
Supervising writers and editors to ensure that content is created on brand and on message, both for clients and the agency.
Expand the commerciality of the department, looking at new service lines which can be integrated into the offering, working with finance to manage the PNL of the department, etc.

What we need from you:

A degree in communications, public relations, or English.
At least 5+ years experience in content creation, including journalism or publishing.
Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the blockchain, crypto, and Web3 industries
Experience in writing thought leadership articles and creating content marketing strategies.
An excellent understanding of the publishing requirements for digital platforms.

The Role

This is a role for somebody with 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Creative storytelling, dynamic video editing, and motion design are at the heart of this role.The role involves working with the Head of Design to bring Brand videos to life through dynamic, fast-paced editing and storytelling across a range of assets. From 1-2 minute films to social-first assets that sit on multiple platforms to promote the Flight3 brand and the work of our clients.

Strong communication skills allow you to work with both internal teams and clients on occasion, to ask the right questions and understand the goals and requirements of your video.

You'll know how to use music and sound to drive emotion and excitement in your edits. A strong grasp of the fundamentals of storytelling, pacing, engaging visuals, and communicating a narrative are essential.

As well as being a great video editor with advanced knowledge of Premiere Pro, you'll have experience in After Effects, bringing text and images to life through motion design that complements your edit.

You'll understand how to work within the scope of our own and/or client brand guidelines with great attention to detail to produce quality marketing materials.

The Motion Graphics Designer and Editor will work closely with the Head of Design and other creative teams to develop the story, look and feel of a video. Going as far as to pitch creative ideas, music, sound styling, and contribute to the treatment of a project during pre-production. Utilising internal and external resource, they will then be responsible for the development, execution and analysis of these assets.

An understanding of the end-to-end production process with an agency background is ideal. You'll have your finger on the pulse of the latest trends and viral content, regularly challenging yourself with new editing techniques to enhance a story.
